Thank you for shopping with IntelliFit. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During high order volumes, processing may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (may vary by location).
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
  • IntelliFit reserves the right to modify shipping charges at any time.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID will be provided via SMS/email.
  • It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. Delays & External Factors

IntelliFit is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions or lockdowns
  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
  • If a package is returned due to:

    • Incorrect address
    • Customer unavailable
    • Refusal to accept delivery

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • IntelliFit reserves the right to confirm COD orders before shipping.
  • Orders may be canceled if:
    • Customer is unreachable
    • Order appears suspicious or fraudulent
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in permanent restriction from using COD services.

8. Prepaid Orders (Priority Handling)

  • Prepaid orders are given priority processing and faster dispatch.
  • Only prepaid orders are eligible for certain benefits such as returns/replacements (as per policy).

9. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • IntelliFit is not liable for packages marked as β€œDelivered” by the courier.
  • If you receive a damaged package:
    • Do not accept it, or
    • Record a clear unboxing video as proof
  • Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.

10. Partial Deliveries

  • In rare cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages.
  • Customers will be informed if this applies.

11. International Shipping (if applicable)

  • Delivery timelines may vary significantly.
  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Customs duties
    • Import taxes
    • Any additional charges

12. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
