Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Eligibility

  • Prepaid orders are eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
  • COD orders are eligible for replacement only (no refunds).

Unboxing Video Requirement

  • A clear unboxing video is highly recommended for faster claim approval.
  • For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, an unboxing video may be required as proof.
  • Claims without video may still be reviewed, but approval is not guaranteed.

Valid Reasons

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Wrong product received
  • Missing items

Request Window

  • You must raise a request within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.

Return/Replacement Process

  1. Submit your request with order details and proof (images/video).
  2. Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
  3. Upon approval:
    • Replacement will be shipped, OR
    • Refund will be processed (for prepaid orders only)

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Conditions

  • Product must be unused and returned in original packaging.
  • Items damaged due to misuse will not be eligible.
