Eligibility
- Prepaid orders are eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
- COD orders are eligible for replacement only (no refunds).
Unboxing Video Requirement
- A clear unboxing video is highly recommended for faster claim approval.
- For damaged, missing, or incorrect items, an unboxing video may be required as proof.
- Claims without video may still be reviewed, but approval is not guaranteed.
Valid Reasons
- Damaged or defective product
- Wrong product received
- Missing items
Request Window
- You must raise a request within 3 days (72 hours) of delivery.
Return/Replacement Process
- Submit your request with order details and proof (images/video).
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
- Upon approval:
- Replacement will be shipped, OR
- Refund will be processed (for prepaid orders only)
Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Conditions
- Product must be unused and returned in original packaging.
- Items damaged due to misuse will not be eligible.
